  Phone orders are not ideal as there are many items that are similar, therefore a picture representation is easier to convey

  Unfortunately given the nature of our items, Warranty can not be given. However if something is broken in the mail most times we can make an claim to retrieve your money


what guarantee can i get that my item will would upon arrival?

 

From testing, to Taking pictures for the website, each sign and part is handled before uploading

  Yes, we do. In order for us to offer this website we need people to reach out to sell their items. Please Reach out.



RETURNS

What is return policy?

We do not offer returns on these items. Given their age and nature of the items we cannot offer a warranty. However if the items are broken upon arrival, please reach out ASAP so the appropriate action can be taken.




SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping


 We do not offer Free Shipping. due to the extreme care it takes to package these items, it is critical that care is taken during packing. This T&M basis is too involved to offer free shipping


How fast do you ship?


A 7 day turn around is typical for these orders to go out. fabrication of the box and supports is a custom job per each tube. This makes the shipping process quite lengthy.


However if you write us that you need something in fast manner, please reach out and we can prioritize your order accordingly 


Which shipping carriers do you use?


We typically use UPS, or USPS given the rates given by both companies


How do I Track my package?


Once the order is fulfilled we will supply you with a tracking number


Do you offer over night shipping?


Given the nature of packaging required we do not offer expedited shipping


Where will my order ship from?


 All orders are shipped from Salisbury, NC.


Do you ship all over the world?


We only Currently ship to US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.


Will you ship to a P.O. Box?


We do not ship to PO boxes given the nature of our items



My order is damaged


 Before removal of anything from packaging, take pictures. In order for us to submit a claim we need to show it was broken during the shipping process rather than the unboxing process. the more pictures the better. reach out and we will work with you on getting you your money back.


Can i pick up my order?


 Yes. We have regular clients that in the area of North Carolina that are always picking up new products. reach out and we can coordinate.


I entered the wrong address on my order, what do i do?

 

We cannot assist with this dilemma. It is imperative that you review your order before submitting

 

Can I cancel a order?


As long as your items are still on the shelf, and not shipped you can cancel. However, a 20% restocking fee will be applied if these items have been packaged up



What Happens if I refuse my package?


 due to whatever circumstances and packages that we have to re-handle, either to reship or to restock will see a 20% restocking fee.
